**Your responsibilities at Avantio**
- Supporting the marketing team in the creation of internal and external company content
- Writing SEO-friendly blog content according to a brief. Uploading via WordPress
- Creating written social post content suitable for different platforms, according to our content calendar.
- Writing content for our website pages as needed, including WordPress uploading and SEO optimisation.
- Involvement in digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with other departments on a variety of projects.
- Contributing to content planning and evaluation processes.
- Analysing content performance based on metrics, using different tools.
- Creating other content as needed, eg newsletters, information pages, and short texts.
- Community management of social platforms, responding to activity and engagement.
- Updating content calendar.
**What are we looking for?**
- A person with strong analytical and creative skills that is passionate about content creation.
- A customer-oriented mindset that is focused on delivering value through each content piece.
- A team player who listens to what other team members have to say.
- Able to take ownership of projects and work independently.
- An awake and participative mind that is involved in the ideation of campaigns.
**Required skills**
- English native or bilingual and intermediate level of Spanish.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a marketing team.
- Basic SEO knowledge and copywriting skills.
- Detail and goal-oriented with a strong data and analytical mindset.
- Previous experience with the use of tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush/Ahrefs, and WordPress.
**Useful**
- Knowledge and experience working for a SaaS company, preferably in the Vacation Rental sector.
- Portfolio.
- If you have a personal project that you love, or if your own social media profiles are full of cool content and ideas, we want to see them.
