We're ENP Media, a global media company that's all about production, telling authentic stories and producing incredible multimedia content. In this role, you'll be a key player in setting up our brand-new office, managing productions end-to-end, and building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and partners. You'll have the chance to make a real impact on our projects and be a driving force behind our continued growth. Exciting stuff, right?
Here's what you'll be doing:
Lead the setup of our Madrid office, handling recruitment, facilities, and equipment procurement. Your organisational skills will be vital to ensure the right processes are implemented from the ground up.
Oversee production operations, including shoots, editing, post-production, and content delivery. You'll be the glue that brings everything together seamlessly.
Collaborate closely with our London office to align projects and ensure effective communication. Coordination and teamwork will be at the heart of your role.
Build and manage a talented production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. We value diversity and believe in creating a space where everyone can thrive.
Cultivate strong relationships with our clients, suppliers, and vendors, at ENP we exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.
Navigate local regulations and ensure compliance with Spanish law. Your attention to detail will help us stay on the right side of the legal landscape.
Track project budgets, finding cost-effective production practices without compromising quality.
Uphold high-quality standards and pay attention to detail. We strive for perfection in every project we undertake.
Embrace international travel opportunities to support production needs, nurture client relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
Here's what we're looking for:
5+ years of production management experience in the media or entertainment industry.
Proven success in setting up and managing production offices or teams.
Strong understanding of production processes, workflows, and technical requirements across various mediums.
Excellent project management skills, ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, with a solid understanding of the Madrid market.
Leadership abilities with a focus on team building, mentorship, and talent development.
