**Job Description**:
- In MCCANN BARCELONA we are looking for a Social Media Strategist. We need someone who's proactive and creative, with a strategic and global vision of projects. They'll define and activate the relevant levers to connect brands with their audiences, by crafting strategic approaches that turn into actionable roadmaps. You should be passionate about and knowledgeable in technology and innovation, staying up-to-date with social media trends.In addition to defining strategies, you should have experience managing clients and resolving crises. Having **3 or more years of experience **in team management and collaborating with other departments and companies is a plus.
You should have worked with social ads (Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads) and created KPI reports to present to clients, optimizing the strategy based on the results obtained.
**Responsibilities**
- Developing strategic plans for each client focused on managing their social media channels.
- Ensuring coherence in all actions to follow brand guidelines and meet brand objectives.
- Driving decision-making for project improvements.
- Leading a team to develop the project.
- Responsible for project execution: team coordination, productions, content, influencers, etc.
- Assisting in the continuous improvement of processes and organization across different teams.
- Proactive attitude to identify potential business opportunities, especially with daily managed clients.
- Excellent writing skills in Catalan and Spanish. High level of English proficiency.
**Valued as a plus**
- Basic experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
- Platforms like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, etc.
- Online marketing accreditations.
