Bring along your knowledge, your enthusiasm, and your dedication, and take charge as an ERP/HCM Inhouse Consultant in our Center of Excellence organization at Axpo Services EMEA. The energy industry is changing. It is continuing to develop dynamically and innovatively. In this role, you will take on responsibility from day one, you are going to support implementation projects across the integrated HCM landscape, built mainly around SAP products.
**What you will do**:
- You will be a competent functional-technical customer advisor for all topics in our integrated HCM Ecosystem, with a focus on integrated systems like SAP HCM, Time Management (Protime), HR document management, ServiceNow for HR, SAP Success Factors, and the HRIT landscape and related integrations in general
- You oversee and coordinate activities and changes for the on-premise SAP HCM and connected systems
- You are going to analyze the business and technical issues and requirements and support the technical implementation of the requirements in SAP HCM and the Time Management solution (Protime)
- You act as 2nd level support and analyze and eliminate malfunctions for the HR tools in your portfolio
- You manage the initial scoping and business cases for new HR tools
- You are responsible for the cooperation and communication with external implementation partners and are the link between the Business Process Champion H2R and implementation partner as well as the operational support provider
**What you bring & who you are**:
- You successfully completed a university degree in business administration, computer science & business informatics, or equivalent operational experience
- You bring 5+ years of project experience in the implementation and operation of HCM solutions, ideally with a focus on SAP products
- 3-5 years of experience as a Solution Architect within the HR domain and operational or implementation experience with Time Management solutions and related integration topics
- You have experience with SuccessFactors as you would also support the SuccessFactors system together with the SSF Consultant to complement the team
- You have a good understanding of how an integrated HCM systems landscape works, incl. related processes, system interfaces, and integrations
- Your high service orientation in combination with a confident and professional appearance towards external and internal customers rounds off your profile
- You are fluent in English and German is a plus
