What would your day to day be like?
- You will help in the preparation of Customs Declarations, data updating and other administrative tasks that may arise on a daily basis
- You will process customs documents in official organizations
- You will be in contact with both internal and external clients, by phone or by mail in at least two languages, Spanish and English.
- You will answer the calls of the clients with information for dispatch or with their doubts about customs procedures
- You will be in contact with other departments of the company, mainly Billing and Operations to give the client a quality service
- You will work as a team with colleagues from your center, to achieve the objectives of the company, giving the best possible service in World Wide shipments while maintaining compliance with Customs regulations.

What do we expect from you?
- Essential Qualification: Baccalaureate, Intermediate/Superior Training Cycle. (Completed or in process university degree will be valued).
- A proactive attitude, flexibility and organizational skills are required.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be valued.
- Average level of English will be valued.
- Communication skills.
- User level computer knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of Foreign Trade will be valued.
- Availability to work hours: o 09:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)
