**Mission**:
As rheological simulation engineer you will be supporting and performing various rheological simulations to define the plastic injection process for automotive interior parts at ANTOLIN.

We value not only knowledge of the simulation tool but also experience in fine-tuning the injection process as a basis for designing an injection process. Likewise, will support injection process on-site when process requires it.

Coordinating with the project team regarding injection simulations, sharing data with product, process engineering, and plant for implementing product improvements and providing process support on-site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing rheological simulations to define the plastic injection process for automotive interior parts.
- Evaluating and considering the knowledge of the simulation tool along with experience in fine-tuning the injection process as a basis for designing an optimized injection process.
- Providing on-site support for process fine-tuning in the required parts, assisting in achieving optimal injection results.
- Coordinating with the project team to share simulation data with product, process engineering, and the plant for the implementation of product improvements and providing process support on-site.
- Writing comprehensive reports documenting simulation studies, findings, and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical Engineering degree or equivalent
- No less than 5 years of experience conducting injection simulation studies
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Experience with Moldex3d preferred, otherwise Moldflow or CADmold
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to write reports
- Hypermesh software, Rhinoceros software will be highly valuable
- Experience in product or tooling design and/or in fine-tuning injection processes are desirable.
