A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a SPA Director to be part of a luxury lifestyle resort in Southern Spain.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
Responsible for managing all areas of the 2.500 m2 spa, and fitness center, including its services, services, hours of operation, facilities and team.
As SPA & Health Club Director you will establish and execute clear short
- and long-term goals. You develop the strategic direction of the department, including marketing and social activities to promote the spa and wellness facilities. You proactively manage the financial P/L to maximize business opportunities.
You will manage internal auditing processes to ensure highest satisfaction of guests and members.
You will work hand-in-hand with suppliers to ensure exceptional product and service delivery.
You are in charge to lead and motivate the spa and fitness/recreation team.
The SPA & Health Club Director will be part of the Executive Team reporting to the General Manager.
**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE**:
- 3 years of experience in a comparable role in high end hospitality
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration) is an asset
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management position or supervisory position in a spa or related field
- Experience in spa therapy role is recommended
- Previous luxury hotel experience with background in financial budgeting and forecasting
- Spanish and English proficiency
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Attention to detail
