We’re growing rapidly and expanding into new markets are looking for permanent **Quality Assurance Team Member **to join our successful team in **Tenerife**.

**The role**:

- You’ll be involved with listening to and reporting on customer conversations to ensure quality leads.
- You’ll audit the operational sales areas to listen to customer conversations to ensure great outcomes are delivered, utilising our standard framework. You’ll be able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and will be actively encouraged to do so.
- Support management with providing data relative to canvassers productivity.
- Identify calls which have areas for improvement. Provide feedback to management team to be discussed with the person and upskill relevantly.
- Perform quality checks and audits calls to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback on quality reviews to management.
- Identify and monitor trends, quality risks and quality concerns or issues.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Liaising with Managers and Senior Managers
- Ability to analyse data and recognise trends.
- Present and influence with confidence and knowledge regarding any risks that are identified.

**We need someone with**:

- Ability to manage own workload.
- **Fluent German **Verbal and Written.
- Are you organised, proactive, hands-on forward thinking?
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Work with mínimal supervision.
- Effective time management skills.
- Self-Motivator.

**Shifts**: Monday to Thursday 11am -6pm and the weekend to yourself.

**Salary**: Pro rata 1300 euros

**Training Period**:
For your first few days you will be with our L&D Manager and then handed over to our dedicated team manager. Your manager will coach, develop, support you each step of the of your journey to release your full potential.
