S4 Data Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible to work directly with tower leaders, key users and SMEs to gather information on the data planning, approvals, issues and resolutions across the various project vertical workstreams for all sites and networks ensuring task completion according to the plan. Performing quality assurance with preload and post-load validation, ensuring defects are raised an closed in a timely fashion, follow up with the tower leads, documenting and reporting as per the project guidelines and escalating issues. Support the Data Workstream through all S/4 regional deployments.

Principal Responsibilities
- Ensure data quality and timely completion of approvals during the preload and post-load validation process
- Work directly with the Workstream Data Leads and the SMEs with daily follow-ups and reminders
- Follow the escalation matrix and constant communication with the users involved in the preload and post-load process
- Take ownership of the tracker and ensure it is updated daily
- Work directly with the business team owners to gather data under the Business Data Lead guidance, explain impacts and delays

- Multi-tasking and someone who is able to bring new ideas to the PMO team on reporting, tracking, risk/issue management
- Learns new systems readily and quickly
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas including manufacturing, SC, procurement, customer service and finance to achieve shared goals
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Someone who can lead and drive the business to success
