**Position Overview**:
As A **Business Data Owner** the primary purpose of this role is to take **ownership of the product data lifecycle** within the designated business expertise area. This includes determining when, what, how, and why a product should be created, ensuring data integrity, and **strategically leveraging product data** to align with organizational objectives.

The role involves establishing and enforcing **data governance policies, collaborating with stakeholders, and translating business needs into effective data strategies**.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Owner of Product Master Data in their BU knowledge
- Oversee and manage product **data integrity** and ensure its **strategic utilization**:

- Establish data governance **policies**, **standards**, and **procedures **for specific business product data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to **align data management strategies** with organizational objectives
- ** Resolve conflicts** related to data definitions and usage, across BUs, vendors and countries

**What we are looking for**:

- ** >5 to 8 Years** of relevant work experience
- ** >1 to 3 Years** of experience directly managing / supervising employees
- ** Professional proficiency in English is a MUST**:

- Able to demonstrate complex **problem solving**, **critical thinking**, and **decision-making.**:

- Able to interact effectively (managers & above.) negotiating and selling ideas persuasively.
- Possesses strong **leadership skills** with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive with **high levels of management**
