Netherlands - Telecom Engineer

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Lead Site Engineer will preferably have technical capabilities in all aspects of telecommunications/ICT/security engineering and design:

- Understanding of the design and specification of telecommunications/ICT/security solutions based on current regulations and design standards.
- Work directly with project manager to define project requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Develop and agree on design processes and engineering activities.
- Lead pre-construction engineering activities and information production, including design development, construction details, coordination of services, technical submittals, subcontracts, etc.
- Assist in continuous improvement of quality control systems and conduct project reviews.
- Provide technical support to commercial and estimating teams.
- Manage end-to-end procurement throughout the project life cycle.
- Mentoring and coaching subordinates.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- RCDD/CNIDP or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Experience in Data center construction projects.
- 7 years of industry experience.
- Experience (not required) as a team leader.
- Excellent vendor management.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Effective communication.
- EU nationality

LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Fluent English(C1)

- Permanent contract (local Dutch contract).
