**Subcontract Coordinator - Data Centre Project Portfolio**

You will be joining a company that ensures its clients receive high-quality services that are budget-friendly and delivered on time. The work is complex, and the team work hard to deliver through solid partnership with local engineering resources and design experts.

**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subcontractor Coordinator to join the team on a large scale data centre development project in Madrid.

The main purpose of the role is to supervise all subcontractors involved in the construction of the project and ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and within the allocated budget and schedule.

Key responsibilities will include:

- overseeing all subcontractors on the project, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
- developing and maintaining strong working relationships with all subcontractors and suppliers.
- collaborating with the project management team to ensure that all work is completed on time and within the allocated budget.
- supervising and monitoring subcontractor schedules and progress to ensure that the project remains on track.
- providing regular progress reports to the project management team and stakeholders.
- ensuring that all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- managing subcontractor performance, providing feedback and resolving any issues that arise.
- developing and implementing subcontractor management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce cost.

**Your Profile**:
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with expertise in working on complex industrial building projects (ranging from 50-100M€) with tight deadlines and high technical value.

You should have a degree in engineering, construction management or similar, and hold strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and techniques.

Your interpersonal skills, adaptability, negotiating capabilities and meticulousness will help you succeed in this role and grow within the company.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with additional language capabilities always viewed as highly beneficial.
