Are you a strategic B2B marketer who loves building revenue-generating programs in the field? Do you thrive in hyper-growth environments?

Nozomi Networks seeks a Senior Regional Field Marketing Manager responsible for developing and implementing the EMEA go-to-market (GTM) strategy with an emphasis on field and partner marketing, ABM, and demand generation. In this role, you'll work closely with the marketing, regional sales, channel, and alliance partner teams to build regional marketing plans, promote brand awareness locally, develop strategy and plans for regional events, trade shows, and demand generation / ABM programs, and help execute as a hands-on contributor. This is all to fuel high growth revenue in the region. OT/IoT/IT cybersecurity experience is preferred.

**In this role, you will**:

- Build high-impact regional GTM strategy and make data-driven decisions that create awareness and drive quality meetings and opportunity pipeline to help achieve Nozomi Networks' revenue goals
- Activate live and virtual event strategies with strong and quality brand and event experience, including event and booth design, theme development, pre-and-post-event plans, giveaways, and attending team leadership.
- Play a key role in developing and implementing demand generation and ABM programs in the region in conjunction with marketing, sales, and channel partners.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of field marketing programs and optimize resources to meet objectives and the budget on an ongoing basis.
- Serve as liaison to EMEA Sales team, be their advocate & conduit to the Marketing team.
- Align with the partner organization to build a regional partner marketing strategy that provides mutual business value and enables leverage and scale in your overall regional marketing plan
- Collaborate with the thought leadership group to develop high-quality, high-engagement, traffic-driving speaking topics and presentations.
- Help track & report results and act as an escalation point/consultant for the EMEA Business Development Rep (BDR) team.
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams as needed to develop and execute go-to-market programs.
- Work in partnership with the Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing teams to optimize campaign results for field programs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the local region and provide feedback to the greater organization as necessary.
- Maintain relationships with conference organizers and influential associations.
- Manage weekly meetings and partner with external PR agencies across the EMEA region driving content strategy & production, translation review and announcements.

**To be successful in this opportunity, you will have the following**:

- Be entrepreneurial with a hands-on approach; have the business acumen to communicate with all levels of the leadership effectively, have a strong track record of defining the marketing strategy and executing plans to generate demand and pipeline directly and with/through partners.
- Previous experience in tracking and making decisions based on metrics and industry insight
- Proven B2B technology marketing experience, ideally in OT/IoT/IT cybersecurity or related fields
- Working, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce (required)
- Working knowledge of typical hi-tech MarTech Stack such as intent platforms (e.g., 6sense), Hubspot / Marketo, and webinar platforms (e.g., ON-24) (preferred)
- Ability and hands-on experience in planning successful live or virtual events and large trade shows, conferences
- Strong communication skills and being comfortable in communicating and presenting plans at the executive level
- A proven track record of collaborating and supporting technology field sales organizations, including Senior Account Executives and channel partners.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapid growth, change, and problem resolution
- Business English level with another European language preferred
- Ability to travel Approx. 35%, domestic and international travel, mostly within the EMEA theater
