Louis Vuitton is seeking a Cashier in the world renowned Puerto Banús Store. As a Cashier, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, and will strive to display ownership and accountability for your area of pride by handling cash/card and client data procedures, processing returns, exchanges, and high value transactions, and ensuring compliance with all of Louis Vuitton's policies and procedures and Louis Vuitton standards.

PROFIL

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives
- Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
- Elevate rewards capture and activation
- Continue to propose Voice to Clients
- Follow the company’s payments procedures
- Remove the tags for each single transaction
- Be accountable for the full stock management and personal shopping
- Have full ownership and embody of cash/card handling and client data procedures, grey parallel market and data collection
- Monitor the balancing sheet and aim for no payment discrepancies by ensuring deposits, exports and potential outstanding payments are followed up
- Receipt both receipts simultaneously to ensure no crossovers, inversions and losses occur
- Ensure your floor is fully operational on a daily basis
- Ensure flexibility is provided to managers in order to support the shop floor when needed
- Manage the queue system for payments and organize the clients accordingly
- Close the sale by “Placing yourself into the Client’s shoes” by responding in a sensitive way, understanding their needs and forming strong relationships with a loyal number of Clients
- Provide a transversal tour to Clients in order for them to visit other concessions
- Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviour
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures
