**Location**:Tenerife on-site

The Visual Effects Editor plays a pivotal role, acting as the crucial link between the DI, Editorial Department, in-house production teams, and the artists. Working under the supervision of the VFX Supervisor, the Visual Effects Editor provides vital support throughout the entire production process, starting from pre-production and extending all the way to final delivery.

**Duties and Responsabilities**
- Conducting client reviews and facilitating internal dailies sessions.
- Establishing the workflow for the ongoing visual effects project.
- Creating projects for the compositors in Nuke Studio.
- Responsively addressing all editorial requests.
- Processing turnovers to the Editorial Department.
- Collaborating closely with the Producer and VFX Supervisor to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Working in close coordination with the internal production team, artists, and other support departments, offering advice, references, information, and necessary files whenever required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, demonstrating a thorough understanding of its functionalities.
- Familiarity with tracking system software, enabling efficient tracking and management of visual effects elements.
- A strong technical background and expert-level knowledge of all editorial tools.
- Working knowledge of various film and digital formats, files, frame rates, resolutions, color spaces, and codecs.
- Exceptional teamwork, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and a positive, proactive approach to the job.
- The ability to multitask, set priorities effectively, and solve problems efficiently.
- Additional knowledge of Assimilate Scratch is considered a plus.
