**_QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO _**

Para el puesto de analista de comparas del equipo global de Aquanima, buscamos una persona dinámica y con ganas de unirse a un equipo joven en el que poder desarrollarse.

Tu misión será conocer en profundidad las categorías de compras que se te asignen en función de tu experiência, y responsabilizarte tanto en la ejecución de las operaciones como de la estrategia de la misma. Algunas de las tareas que se te asignarán son:

- Análisis y entendimiento global de las categorías de compras asignadas Confidential
- Soporte al Category Manager global en la definición e implementación de la estrategia de compras de las categorías asignadas.
- Ejecución de negociaciones globales (RFX) de la categoría de Servicios Profesionales: definición y creación documentación pliegos y especificaciones, análisis de ofertas, negociación de términos y cláusulas contractuales, propuesta y recomendaciones al cliente asegurando valor y eficiencia.
- Manejo de las plataformas de Compras (Ariba, SAP, Globality) para la gestión de las negociaciones y su reporting asegurando la calidad y consistencia del dato.
- Preparación de documentos y presentaciones ejecutivas sobre status y avances de las negociaciones para su presentación a stakeholders y clientes.
- Relación con clientes y stakeholders. Participar y liderar reuniones con los clientes para comunicar, presentar y discutir los resultados de cada una de las etapas de la negociación, asegurando la transparencia dentro de todo el proceso.
- Punto de contacto y referente interno en la operativa de la categoría de compras entre equipos de Aquanima en las regiones, siendo proactivo en la comunicación interna.
- Interés en el conocimiento de nuevas tecnologías y aplicaciones.

**EXPERIENCIA**

1-2 años en posición similar en compras/consultoría para ocupar la categoría de Analista de Compras

**EDUCACIÓN**

Universitaria. Principalmente Ingeniería, IT, ADE Deseable: alto expediente académico, pudiéndose valorar algún postgrado

**HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS**
- Strategic Sourcing
- Project Management
- Problem Solving / Proactividad
- Ariba / SAP / Ofimática (Excel Avanzado, Macros, PowerBI (recomendable),etc)
- Inglés nível alto imprescindible

**OTRA INFORMACIÓN**
