**Mission**:
The aim of this position is to achieve customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of the plant’s production processes and adherence to the quality system.

- Customer quality direct contact
- Customer satisfaction and customer experience (CS/CX)
- Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (AMFE)
- Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Product Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
- Customer claims management
- Problem Solving (8D, Ishikagua, 5Why, 4M’s, )
- Quality related KPI follow up and reporting.
- Product and process changes
- Lessons Learned
- Product / Process Audits

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor of Engineering
- 2 Years of experience.
- Resourceful and self-motivated, able to manage multiple deliverables.
- A challenging and enquiring mindset.
