**Investigations Analyst - Whistleblowing + External Fraud**:

**Details of the role and how it fits into the team**

The position is 50% distributed between (i) coordination of the Whistleblowing Channel in Spain and Corporate Defence Programme and (ii) certain tasks linked to management of external fraud cases affecting the entity and their clients.

**Key responsabilities**
- Coordinating the Corporate Defence Programme within DB Spain and Anti-Fraud working group.
- Collaborating in the local AFC processes linked to external fraud cases: reporting to Bank of Spain, presenting criminal claims to the Police, registering all relevant cases for further analysis/investigation.

**Your skills and experiences**
- Very good knowledge and experience in managing massive routine tasks.
- Discipline in registering cases/timelines.
- Experience writing legal documents.
- Good command of written and oral English. Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience dealing with external fraud topics within banking activity.
- Educated to university degree level (ideally Lawyer).
- Experience collaborating and working with international teams.
