**The Business Technology Leader Southern Europe and France** (BTL SEF), IT Senior Manager, will be the IT partner for the SEF Kenvue Organization and in this role will be responsible for building strong partnerships with business at different levels of the organization, understanding the current and future needs and translate these needs into innovative IT solutions.

This person will also connect to Kenvue Tech & Data (KTD) EMEA/Global Organization in order to align with the KTD EMEA/Global strategy and drive opportunities to leverage at enterprise level.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The BTL Southern Europe and France will play a key leadership role in Southern Europe and France’s KTD organization, ensuring successful local implementation of regional/global, sector, and enterprise initiatives including:

- Business partnering across Kenvue Southern Europe and France organization: provide strategic input to how IT can advance business goals and provide IT solutions aligned with the regional and global KTD strategy.
- Be part of the Central European Cluster extended Board
- Project management: Ensure that project plans across Kenvue Southern Europe and France are defined and executed to achieve the business and technical objectives, monitor progress on key phases, manage the budget, and assure timely response to all issues and risks that can affect the project
- Partnering with other local KTD stakeholders to ensure that synergies are delivered cross sector.
- Southern Europe and France based KTD team coordination: lead Southern Europe and France based KTD team meetings to follow up projects, cascade Regional/Global and local communications, business result. Provide local support to the team when necessary (individual coaching, team coordination on HR topics such as training plan, talent review )
- Team management of 4 internal KTD BA

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.
- Significant experience working as an IT Manager for smaller or other commercial focused roles

**Languages**:

- Fluency (written and spoken) in English

**Essential Experience Required**:

- Collaboration and teaming, business relationship management expertise
- Significant experience operating within an IT role at management level
- Proven track record in project management and successfully leading IT related initiatives
- Influencing and impacting others - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and IT partners
- Proven track record in delivering results, including the participation in major cross-functional and/or cross-regional projects
- Ability to adopt and Kenvue values and behaviours
- Maintains integrity and trust within and across all organizations

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Sound understanding of end-to-end business processes and how these are supported by standardized IT system portfolio
- Hands-on attitude and detailed understanding of IT systems and how to actively use them
- IT Planning and Coordination - good understanding of the Kenvue System Development Lifecycle
- Interpersonal understanding - effective communication and active listening to others to be able to understand, interpret and gain insights through others.
- Ability to drive resolution for critical issues by bringing in teams together
- Strength in interdependent partnering and collaboration skills to build strong relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers and business partners
