Buscamos ampliar nuestro equipo de soporte con un/a técnico/a 24x7 cuya misión será resolver los problemas técnicos, ofreciendo soporte a cliente

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Gestión con cliente final de las incidencias referente a redes, sistemas y ciberseguridad en base a herramienta de ticketing
- Escalar a N2 las incidencias complejas mediante herramienta de ticketing
- Gestionar las incidencias del área de ciberseguridad mediante SENTINEL
- Monitorización PRTG la situación de los dispositivos para actuar en consecuencia y darle solución en el caso requerido

Requisitos mínimos
- Conocimiento en redes, sistemas y ciberseguridad
- Valorables conocimientos en Jira
- Valorable experiência y conocimientos en Fortinet, Aruba y Microsoft
- Valorable conocimientos Cloud
- Inglés
