**About the role**:
We’re looking for our first
**Internal Communications Partner** to join the
**People & Culture team in Spain**. The Internal Communications Partner will be responsible for internal communications and employee engagement, ensuring our teams have the knowledge and context they need to deliver on our mission. The right person will be the go-to internal comms partner for Edpuzzle teams on initiatives that touch every corner of the business. You will lead the strategy and management of our internal knowledge platform as well as our other internal communications tooling.

You’ll have the opportunity to drive the communications strategy that keeps our employees informed of Edpuzzle updates, collaborating cross-functionally across teams and engaging strategically with colleagues at all levels. In the process, you’ll be challenged daily, learn constantly, see the impact of your work, and grow as a professional.

**About the job**:

- Design, align, and implement the global internal communication strategy, aligning internal messaging with Edpuzzle’s mission and vision
- Lead a wide range of projects and key communications initiatives that engage a global, company-wide audience, both live and async
- Coordinate with the P&C team to promote Edpuzzle culture and values
- Identify internal communication needs, gaps, and opportunities
- Own the creation and execution of diverse internal communication projects as well as the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
- Ensure that organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
- Ensure engagement of our global workforce
- Work cross-functionally across teams working together with the P&C team as well as with other areas to execute communication initiatives
- Support the P&C team in the execution of the Employer Branding strategy with a strong focus on attraction and retention of talent
- Measure constantly KPIs and improve the performance of internal communication activities and channels

**About you**:

- At least** 5 years **of relevant experience in an Internal Communications role in an international environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in **English and Spanish**:

- Experience in internal communication content design and creation
- Experience working with global and remote teams
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Directors and C-Suite executives
- Experience using a wide range of communication tools
- You have a strategic mindset and have experience in change management
- You are able to work with colleagues at all levels, influence others, and manage multiple stakeholders
- You are **based in Spain** and have a work permit to work in Spain

**Bonus skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent
- Previous experience in communication agencies or communication consultancies
- Previous experience in the tech ecosystem or in edtech companies
- or another amazing skill you bring to the table that we haven’t thought of yet
