**Responsibilities**
- Management and control of work days in the plant
- Reporting: absenteeism, overtime... (KPI,s)
- Management of general services: canteen, bus...
- Risk prevention and health surveillance
- Intranet management: vacations, absences...
- Management of personnel movements (high, low, rotation...)
- Collective Agreement (consultations)
