**Job Title**: Senior Retail Leasing Consultant
**Location**: Madrid
**Department**: JLL Agency - Retail
**Reports to**: Head of Retail Agency & Tenant Rep
**Key Responsibilities**:
Spearhead and coordinate pitches for unique buildings and major global tenants.
Liaise with EMEA for first tenant signatures in Spain.
Personally engage in negotiations with key retail and landlord clients
Negotiate commercialization mandates following company guidelines
Develop commercialization proposals and follow-up reports for mandated properties.
Advise on and acquire demand for retail operators' expansion plans.
Conduct commercial visits.
Manage the rental process from start to completion.
Handle rent renegotiations.

**Requirements**:
Good knowledge in the Retail sector, either in consulting or retail expansion departments
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong commercial and customer service skills
Initiative and ability to work effectively in a team
High motivation and eagerness to learn
Valid driver's license
Fluent in English
