**Your mission**:

- Leading and managing interdisciplinary project teams to carry out technical due diligence projects and monitoring projects for property or portfolio transactions
- Coordination of internal and external consultants and harmonisation of CapEx tables and benchmarks
- Delivering a range of building surveying services including technical due diligence and project monitoring
- Take ownership of service workload and gain project lead status in the near future
- Support with end-to-end business development opportunities and provide excellent service to clients, supporting their needs
- Independently building and maintaining a relevant network in the property industry

**Your experiences**:

- Successfully completed studies in the fields of civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or comparable technical training
- 2+years practical building surveying/consultancy experience in Real Estate
- Experience with real estate sectors such as hospitality, logistics, retail, or offices
- High level of self-motivation, good communication skills and assertiveness
- Enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international project teams
- Very good knowledge of Spanish and English Knowledge of the
- German language would be an advantage but not mandatory
