These are the department's main tasks: Day to day technical support to Service Operations (troubleshooting), customer interface for technical issues (questions and problems) related to Service Business, LEAP Technical support for Agent level acting as superuser, engineering support on locally developed solutions for the existing fleet, direct changes on the existing fleet by providing input in centralized processes (CIM, ECR, projects), ensure deployment of technical solutions to sites and ensure correct SW and parameter settings on sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to conduct reliability evaluation and in depth analysis of underperforming electrical components and provide recovery plans
- Act as a liaison between Service Vestas and R&D department Vestas wind system A/S to improve turbine performance
- Technical support on troubleshooting of electrical components, especially generators and transformer
- Ability to coordinate and conduct post-mortem on damaged decommissioned components
- Create method of procedures, guides to aid Field Services in inspection of the wind turbine
- Review work instructions, electrical drawings, external inspection reports, perform project site observations with minimum assistance
- Act as a liaison between field personnel, vendors, customers, and Continuous Improvement Management\R&D
- Ability to provide support to the legal department in electrical technical issues
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
- Create and deliver technical presentations to internal and external customers
- Create technical reports of failure and inspections main components

**Requirements**:

- Experience (2rs +) in electrical systems evaluation of a wind turbine (or similar experiência with generators and so on)
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or other Engineerings
- English language written and spoken (advanced level required).

**Competencies**:

- High technical skills with emphasis in problem solving and root cause failure analysis
- Microsoft Office and statistical software.
- Able to organize priorities daily work under a growing environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
