Senior Product Manager

Desde **Q-tech** estamos colaborando con una** empresa tecnológica **líder en soluciones financieras para el sector turístico, con presencial internacional. Se especializan en soluciones de **pagos B2B** y operan con **dos plataformas principales.**
Está formada por un equipo de más de 200 personas, de las cuales **65 en IT (37 en Software, 9 en Producto, 11 en Infraestructura, 9 SM)**
Se encuentran en un momento de crecimiento y de creación de nuevos productos. Por eso, para el área de Producto, estamos buscando un/a Product Manager que ayude a en este escalado exponencial de las diferentes soluciones.
**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?**
- Gestión del ciclo de vida del producto.
- Gestión del equipo de Product Owners (9)
- Backlog, ROIs y diseño del Roadmap.
- Definición e implementación de la estrategia de producto.
- Estudios de mercado y análisis de la competencia.
- Llevar a cabo estrategias de Product, Pricing, Placement y Promotion.
- Trabajar estrechamente con ventas, marketing, comercial y stakeholders.
- Definir KPIs y OKRs.
- Reportar al CPO.
**¿Qué buscamos?**

- Experiência en ámbito Fintech, medios de pago o sector turístico.
- Conocimientos en marketing y comercial
