**Your Function**:
We are looking for two professionals with a practical and analytical mindset, aimed to work at a detail level and with quality and results-oriented. Good financial and accounting backgrounds, passionate about their job. Interested in being part of a dynamic team, with an open and collaborative mindset, but as well capable to promote and stimulate change towards a new way of work to ensure continuous improvement and adaptability to new realities. Disciplined person and used to work with strict deadlines. Experienced in implementing control measures and managing others to comply with expected results. Being a finance professional should be able to promote the growth of the business beyond the finance department boundaries, and get a collaborative personality with people from other areas in the company.
- Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
- Ensure continuous efficiency improvements and correct alignment with Group Financial Policies.
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss, and other statements.
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
- Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Assists with internal and external audits
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Improve efficiency in the area.

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant
- High level of English at the written and spoken level (C1) - Spanish is a must.
- 1-2 years of related experience (ideally in big 4)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures. In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS.
- Experience in Balance Sheet and P&L review and implementation procedure to ensure correctness and evidence of the figures.
- Capable to prepare synthesis with clear results of analysis, areas of improvement, and proposed measures, with the correct follow up to ensure execution of improvement needed
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Strong results orientation
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Accustomed to working in an international environment
- Emotionally intelligent to adapt to the requirements and needs of the company at all times, versatile, accustomed to working in a team, honest, rigorous, and disciplined, with a practical mindset and with the initiative to propose changes and improvements.
