Product Data Analyst

**ROLE PURPOSE**
To collect, organize and interpret statistical information to make it useful for the business.
You will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
**PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Using advanced computerized models to extract the data needed.
- Removing corrupted data.
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality of the data.
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
- Performing further analysis to determine the meaning of the data.
- Performing final analysis to provide additional data screening.
- Preparing reports based on analysis and presenting to management.
**Knowledge & skills**
- Experience in at least one of the following 3 web/app/prod analytics: Firebase, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer.
- Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, Javascrip).
- Ability to be hands on but also able to work on strategic projects.
- Ability for problem solving.
- Assertive with a can-do attitude.
- High attention to detail.
- Numerical mindset and able to get insights out of data.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
- Methodological way of working and ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Being eager to developer your skills and progress within the company structure is key.
**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**
- Fluent English and Spanish both spoken and written.
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Analyst.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical and strategic mindset.
- Proactive personality, can-do mentality.
- The position will require interactions with various groups including marketing, business, product, IT technology and compliance.
