**PRO Enforcement Analyst**

**Purpose**:
The purpose of this position is to develop, maintain and publish PRO Enforcement reports and controls to enable active and assertive risk management within PRO activities.

The job holder is responsible to secure high-quality data, ensure that dashboards are complete and accurate and to drive actions towards assurance of Compliance and Integrity in Bayer’s P2P activities.

**YOUR TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of ex-post controls by closely working with controls performers in GBS and support structure and design of Enforcement controls and reports.
- Maintain oversight across different buying channels to identify and address spend leakage, ensure compliance, transactions traceability and contribute to supplier base rationalization.
- Monitor PRO Enforcement reports, identify relevant cases deviating from the “to-be-process” and perform deep dive analysis as needed.
- Perform systematic monitoring of ex-post controls data and generate insights for Procurement Areas, Countries and Adjacent Functions (i.e. Internal Audit, Risk Management, LPC, etc).
- Support development of PRO Enforcement ex-post controls statistics (i.e. heatmaps, risk ranking ) and measuring performance (KPIs ) against process performance and risk index/trends.
- Follow up and resolve issues and queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Gathers ad hoc information requests from and translates them into adequate analyses or guides requester to adequate report if information is already available.
- Identify data quality issues and work with IT, GBS, GPOs and other relevant teams to develop or enhance solutions to secure reliable data.
- Work together with Business Application Consultant/s in CoE to improve and/or automate (i.e. RPA) reports to be used for the analysis and controls.
- Gain thorough knowledge of Procurement and AP processes and work together with Global Operations, the Country Partner community and GPOs network to constantly exchange and develop necessary improvements in the whole Procurement Processes execution and compliance areas.
- Liaise and work with CoE and other relevant functions to maintain state of art reporting and visualization capabilities for Enforcement reports and dashboards.
- Project Management and oversight of cross-functional initiatives linked with production and delivery of reports, controls enhancement and process improvement, guaranteeing execution and conclusion of tasks and deliverables on time, with agreed quality and within budget.
- Prepare and deliver presentation to function leadership and internal stakeholders, including but not limited to data analysis, KPIs trends, root cause identification and solutions suggestion.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
- Professional experience in Procurement, Accounts Payables, Audit, Controllership, or related areas with exposure to business processes.
- Technical knowledge of P2P, data analytics and reporting (knowledge of Tableau a clear advantage).
- Ability to recognize, analyse and interpret data in different forms for various purposes.
- User knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, MM, etc.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Result oriented, motivated, and proactive personality with passion for data.
- Ability to visualize the processes from end to end.
- Open and a creative problem solver.
- Able to connect and collaborate with other areas and across geographies.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of Bayer tools desirable (E.g. SmartBuy, DataOne, SSF, SharePoint, etc...)
- Very good English skills any other language beneficial
