SHA Wellness Clinic es una clínica de bienestar dedicada a mejorar la salud global de las personas mediante un exclusivo Método Integrativo

Objetivo

Eres una pieza fundamental en SHA ya que serás responsable de la coordinación a nível administrativo de la documentación médica de todos/as nuestros/as huéspedes, así como de la asistencia en tareas administrativas en el área clínica

¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?
- Organización y archivo interno de los resultados de pruebas analíticas de los/as huéspedes
- Gestionar el envío de resultados e informes médicos a los/as huéspedes
- Revisar albaranes y facturas de farmacias, así como las facturas de los laboratorios
- Preparar consultas para especialistas (material, utensilios, distribución, batas, activity list)
- Gestionar facturas médicas para las compañías de seguros
- Solicitud, seguimiento y gestión de pruebas con clínicas externas
- Gestionar los pedidos de farmacia
- Recepción y atención a nuestros/as huéspedes
- Asegurarse de mantener en todo momento la confidencialidad de datos de pacientes

¿Qué debes aportar?
- Deseable formación en como Auxiliar Administrativo
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en puesto similar
- Alta orientación al huésped
- Valorable manejo de Excel y herramientas digitales
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal tanto en español como en inglés (se realizará prueba de nível - Mínimo C1)
- Muy valorable: árabe, alemán y/o francés
