- More about the Role
- As the Liquid Helium Scheduler Europe, you will be part of the Helium Supply Chain Europe. You will lead and maintain all import and export from our source plant in Algeria (helios) and plan Supply to transfill plants and direct customer globally.
- As Liquid Helium Scheduler you will be responsible for:
- All incoming product from our source plant at Helios and distribute/export to transfill plants and direct customers.
- Be compliant with the customs and maintain the bonded warehouse at Rognac plant.
- On time delivery to our transfill plants and direct customers.
- Utilize the company’s scheduling tool to create trips.
- Become familiar with back-office SAP transactions for trip and inventory movements.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Plan and communicate weekly supply to transfill plant and export deliveries globally with the plants and contractors.
- Maintain the European strategical inventory to ensure supply.
- Ensure that proper paperwork is provided for export deliveries.
- Coordinate with the Rognac garage to ensure all ensure all ISO containers and chassis are inspected and retested in compliance with ADR.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvements and make recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Supply chain, logistics, or equivalent training and experience.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with different teams, areas, and levels of business in the helium organization’s planning process.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Language skills: English and French is a must.
