Tax Manager

A vacancy for a job has arisen within **Spanish Tax department **in **Getafe, **Madrid. You will join tax department team as tax manager responsible for overseeing overall tax national matters of the Spanish entities managing all relevant tax processes.

**You will perform a complete set of tax activities:
1. Handle Spanish national taxes
- Withholding tax on residents and non-residents
- Value Tax add: SII process
- Corporate Income Tax
- Local taxes, (IBI, IAE, IVTM)
- Transfer pricing document.

2. Handle Spanish international taxes and permanent establishment.
- Foreign VAT
- Corporate Income Tax
- Transfer pricing rules.

3. Handle Tax audit: Recover and prepare documentation.

4. Review APA document.

5. Manage contacts and relations within Finance department and with other departments to ensure the tax compliance and secure. Advisory to different stakeholders inside of the organization.

6. Manage and mitigate existing tax risks, preventing new tax risks by taking the proper actions. Handle ERM file + internal controls.

7. Constant upgrading of knowledge of tax and accounting legislation.

**The job requires**:

- A capacity to understand the needs/ expectations of a domain while keeping the overall center level remains in line with operational targets.
- To develop strong links of trust with the different stakeholder (e.g. accounting, CoC responsibles and other Finance Functions).
- To anticipate tax risk proposing solutions.
- Being able to present synthetic outputs and key messages to business and Finance community.
- Autonomy, enthusiasm and continuous improvement spirit

**About you**:

- Related academic background (law and economics).
- Around 2-3 years of professional experience in similar positions.
- Experience in the aeronautical sector will be a plus.
- Spanish negotiation level.
- English negotiation level.
