**Job Title**: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Employee Central and Payroll

100% remote - Spain

Salary up to 45.000EUR - Based on experience

EN B2/C1

Tasks
- Collaborate with clients and the payroll team to define workbooks tailored to specific project requirements.
- Execute Employee Central configurations for Spanish localization based on a global template across multiple countries.
- Conduct playback sessions with clients to review system functionality and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Test and validate the solution in each iteration, addressing issues promptly to guarantee a robust implementation.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities in partnership with clients to achieve successful outcomes.
- Define and manage the cut-over plan, overseeing a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new solution.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams in different countries, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in successfully implementing Employee Central for Spanish clients.
- Hands-on experience in Employee Central in a payroll implementation (EC+ECP).
- Minimum of 3 years as the lead consultant for end-to-end EC project implementations (from gathering requirements to go-live and hypercare phases).
- Familiarity with other SuccessFactors functionalities, particularly Learning and Recruiting modules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting.
- Client-facing experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant experience in international projects, demonstrating an ability to work proficiently in English.
