- You will be part of the **industrialization **team for TIGER Retrofit, influencing product architecture through concurrent engineering, in line with Program strategy.
- You will contribute to a First Time Right execution by producing a robust manufacturing dossier, including documentation ( **SOI **in 3DX) and master data ( **Routing/MBoM **in SAP ERP).
- You will become a **technical reference point **, daily cooperating with a Multi-Functional Team, leading the root cause analysis of non-conformities through practical problem solving.
- You will lead **continuous improvement **initiatives and projects, based on data, through process optimization and innovative solutions. #SpeakWithData
- Your Boarding Pass: _
- **Proven track **in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Lines Development and Execution.
- Curious and rigorous, enthusiastic and constant. Good communicator, great team player.
- **Diverse academic and non-academic background.**
- Programming (Coding / Numeric Control) and Project Management skills will be highly valued.
- Effective communication in Spanish and English is required (French/German as a plus).
