Controlle Trainee

**Role
As part of the Finance department you will be assisting in controlling and reporting tasks and you will collaborate in the maintenance, development and integration of new internal tools and finance processes.

**Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update some finance internal spreadsheets
- Create and maintain material master data in our reporting tool Abacum
- Monitor, analyze and report the company cost control and deviations
- Assist with external/Internal audit requests and provide information as requested
- Participate in special projects, team trainings, and new developments
- Assist and maintain JIRA tickets reported to our Tech and BI teams
- Provide technical finance support to various departments
- Document different internal finance department processes Provide support in other required tasks

**Requirements:
- Organized and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent both in Spanish and English
- Able to handle confidential information Passion for online business and new technologies
