**Our opportunity**

An Application Security Test Service Manager is responsible for leading a team of Cybersecurity Test professionals based on EMEA and LATAM regions, who deliver to a wide range of international projects/programs for various Business Units, ensuring those are carried out to the agreed requirements, complying with Audit and Regulatory standards.

You will be accountable for the delivery of a mature and high quality’s Security Testing service to the existing customers portfolio according to current methodologies and processes and will be responsible for bringing the service to the next level.

**Application Security Test Service Manager**
**your main responsibilities will involve**:

- Lead Direction of Security Testing Service and Team, delivering to large Customer Portfolio with highest quality
- Prepare and control resource planning, which include staff working from EMEA and Latam regions, remotely.
- Effectively manage customer and vendor relationships
- Main responsible to draw and implement effective Business Development Strategy to expand Customers Portfolio in EMEA, ZNA, Latam and APAC regions
- Responsible for the definition and effective implementation of technical innovation initiatives tailored to cover customers’ expectations
- Responsible for the Finance Controlling of the Service, guaranteeing financial transparency in projects, accurate monthly financial tracking
- Analyze Security Test requirements from internal customers
- Prepare and/or Validate Security Test Service Proposal to cover customers’ requirements
- Accountable for the Security Test Strategy and Test Plan defined by the Test Managers on their projects / programs
- Manage key stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor
- Identify and strongly invest on Innovation initiatives for the Service to be prepared and be able to anticipate customers’ needs
- Generate synergies and Work with other Test Service Managers (Automation, Load & Performance Testing) to ensure consolidated Non-functional Testing is consistently offered to customers
- Generate synergies and Work with other Functional Test Service Managers to foster End-2-End Testing (functional & non-functional)
- Accountable for management and maintenance of main tools to execute SAST, DAST, IAST techniques
- Main responsible of communication and relationship with Zurich’s Global Information Security (GIS) Team, to guarantee full compliance of applied Service methodologies with GIS Standards and guidelines, as well as a smooth Demand transfer from GIS to BTS and overall continued collaboration

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As a Application Security Test Service Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology and 6 or more years of experience in related field such a Security Testing
- Service Manager
- Extensive experience in quality and testing technology, preferably in
- Insurance Industry
- Experience in leading high technological and multicultural skilled teams, based in nearshore / offshore
- Financial and Budget control
- Strategic Vision
- Extremely Customer-focused
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, including teams outside of shared services and solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor for the customer by having a holistic view of the different alternatives that would provide a solution to the customer/s
- High experience to discuss technical topics in business terms, including but not limited to give presentations to an audience with different level of technological maturity.
- Ability to think outside of the box and be innovative by keeping abreast of new trends, identifying opportunities to bring in change for business benefit

- Fluent written and spoken English
- Global, critical, innovative thinking with good presentation skills

KNOWLEDGE:
Needs strong knowledge of Security Testing Practices. Understanding of quality management and development methodologies (SDLC) is highly valuated

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Technical knowledge and experience in Security areas such as Penetration testing, Red teaming, Logging, Firewalls, WAF, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Intrusion Prevention and Detection Systems (IPDS)
- Deep knowledge on large range of security topics from hardware, networks, systems, and new digital capabilities
- Deep knowledge of Models to document cyberattacks (reconnaissance, scanning, enumeration, persistence, lateral movement)
- Knowledge and management of the main ethical hacking methodologies: OWASP, OSSTMM, OWISA
- Certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, CISM, GNFA or similar
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Bamboo, Azure DevOps or Jenkins (nice to have)
