**Summary**

**Job Functions**
- Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to understand and identify the current and future market conditions.
- Be an advisor to our talent acquisition team regarding the marketplace and constantly evolving, tweaking, and improving the search strategy to deliver excellence.

**Qualifications** Education**
- Master's degree is desired or equivalent by experience.

**Qualifications**
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment Sourcer is essential.
- Experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
- Experience setting up pipelines and building communities
- Demonstrated experience with social media marketing and digital networking.
- Proficient in relevant office software and ATS/database systems, preferably

SmartRecruiters.
- Ability to conduct online and pre-screening interviews.
- The ability to stay up to date with competitor information and market trends
