**ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM**:
The experienced and service-oriented Workplace Associate will join our ever growing Global Workplace Team and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience. You will play a key role by managing the front desk area, delivering great first impressions and welcoming guests. We are looking for a positive self-starter who is eager to thrive in a dynamic environment and deeply passionate about providing high quality administrative support in our new Barcelona city center office.

**This role is considered essential and required to be in our Barcelona office 5 days a week, supporting our local team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You **manage any employee questions **brought to your attention.
- You **greet all visitors **and provide a white glove experience to all guests and manage incoming guest lists daily.
- You prioritize **manning the front desk **and do not leave the front desk unattended, maintaining an organized and tidy area.
- You manage Guest **ID badges **that are checked out each day and ensure they’re accounted for or deactivated at close of business each day. **Control and audit access cards **to uphold the security to our office.
- You **escalate requests **to the Workplace team lead when needed.
- You **assist with vendor management **alongside other members of the workplace team.
- You **assist with internal events **including calendar management, catering.
- You control and assure everyone has an **envoy booking **.
- You help **support Google calendars **and are an administrator to assist with booking needs for all employees as well as recruiting interviews and onboarding.
- You order and manage Workplace **deliveries and packages **.
- You help with **overall administrative Workplace team needs.
**SUCCESSFUL WORKPLACE ASSOCIATE CANDIDATES HAVE**:

- You have skills to **communicate in English and Spanish **in an organized concise manner with strong written and verbal skills.
- You are a fantastic ambassador and have **impeccable customer service.**:

- You have knowledge of **Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Calendar, and G-Suite.**:

- You thrive in a **multi-tasked **, fast paced environment.
- You have the desire to **innovate **, identify problems and find creative solutions.
- You are enthusiastic with the ability to thrive in an **atmosphere of constant change **.
- You have **strong organizational skills **and the ability to pivot and prioritize your tasks.
- You are able to keep **sensitive information confidential, **maintaining a **calm demeanor in the face of chaos **and offering the **best possible quality of service.
