The purpose of this role is to lead a team of EMEIA fulfilment managers and their resources. The main focus is on managing and optimizing operations, ensuring successful execution, and consistently exceeding the Operation Excellence KPIs.

**As an **EMEIA Operations & Fulfilment Leader**, you will be responsible for**:

- Developing and owning key operational excellence programs, driving strategic productivity initiatives for EMEIA s. Coach matrix teams to assure operating plan success.
- Coordinating with the EMEIA regional teams to ensure consistent and complementary operations across regional boundaries. Develop and drive best practices, policies, and procedural compliance.
- Driving improvement in EMEIA operational KPI’s, such as Environmental Health and Safety (HSE), Assigned and Billable time, VCP, etc.
- Acting as a point of contact to the Fulfillment Managers and Internal Stakeholders for timely and satisfactory support services. Provide on-going support to assigned customers and engineers in the designated geographic region.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 5 years of experience in Field Services.
- Have Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Service Management.
- Have Bently Nevada product knowledge.
- Have previous ServiceMax experience.
- Have working knowledge of SAP.
- Have background of performing, leading, and executing solutions in the oil / gas / energy industry and working in a matrix environment.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have an effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
