**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from the briefing phase to closing with the placement achieved. We trust you and your skills
- You'll be responsible for your own clients and building long-lasting, strong relationships.
- You'll be updated on the news of Tech sector because you are passionate about the technology and you believe in digital transformation.
- You'll value quality over quantity
- You'll try to stay up-to-date on hiring trends and best practices.
- You'll be creative in writing job offers.

**Core Skills/experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment of technological profiles
- Motivation about wanting to learn more about the industry and continue developing your career in recruiting
- Ability to build successful relationships at all levels by utilizing a personable touch
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- A humble team player who inspires trust and is ready to take the initiative with a fun team
- Genuine interest in the mission of Babel Profiles and being part of a team that comes up with innovative solutions
