In Controlling Services, we are looking to integrate an Expert across our different core processes: actuals, planning, and reporting. You will contribute to ensure the proper steering of our business which has above 40 billion (€) sales and 10 billion (€) clean EBITDA being a key contact for our controlling community of around 1,000 users. In addition, you will take part of the testing of technical implementations and organizational projects that optimize the functionality of our core processes.

You will be responsible for
Ensuring the expected service levels in the Planning and Actuals Operations to ensure the proper steering of our business.
Supporting our Global Process Owners in Headquarters with enhancements in the Planning environment.
Aligning activities among the different Shared Service Centre locations
Performing User Acceptance Tests (UATs) to ensure system readiness
Strengthen synergies by aligning planning & closing processes
Acting as an escalation point for support on end user questions & requests.
Creating and providing trainings, using our internal training platform
Participating in Expert communities of different processes in Accounting and Controlling to
Actively contribute to our process improvements using digital & analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI or and RPAs.

**We would expect from you**:
University degree in Economics / Master of Business Administration or equivalent studies in economics / management.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Controlling and/or Controlling Services.
Experience in a multinational environment is considered as an advantage.
Ability to work in digital environment and with adaptability to change.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong collaborator with teamwork spirit in an international settings
Customer centric mindset.
Thorough knowledge on Controlling process, including data structures, flows and key financial KPIs
Affinity to IT systems with a high knowledge of Business Warehouse environments and SAP.
Analytical skills, structured approach, proactive and self-motivated.
Ability to work under pressure with high flexibility in changing environments
**Business English**: fluent in spoken and written.
