We have two main global businesses:
- Generics, divided between standard generics (mainly oral solids) and complex generics (including injectables, respiratory and others).
- Biosimilars, where we are the global pioneer, with eight marketed medicines and a rapidly growing pipeline now counting 24 molecules

During the next 6 months, you can contribute to building the new Sandoz by supporting Sandoz Iberia as Lean Six Sigma Operations Associate.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects to improve processes and reduce defects.
- Analyze data to identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
- Deploy Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and reduce variability.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and workshops to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and coach Green Belts and project team members on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Create and deliver training materials to build Lean Six Sigma capability within the organization.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track project success and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement cost-saving and process optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to align process improvement projects with strategic goals.
- Prepare detailed project reports and present findings to stakeholders.
**What you'll bring to the role**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
- Extensive experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools, such as Value Stream Mapping and 5S.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis software.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional improvement projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change across various organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
