Reconocida multinacional del sector de la automoción busca, para liderar el área de Supply Chain y Logística de todas sus plantas, un/a Director de Supply Chain.

**Tu nuevo puesto**

Reportando al COO / Director de Operaciones Corporativo, tu misión principal consistirá en liderar la transición de la compañía de una gestión de la cadena de suministro más local a una coordinación de plantas internacional.

Entre tus funciones principales estarán:

- Definir la estrategia de la compañía en lo que respecta a logística y cadena de suministro.
- Coordinar los procesos de planificación y forecast de las diferentes plantas.
- Unificar procesos de compra, aprovisionamiento, listado de proveedores (PSL), negociaciones etc.
- Liderar proyectos de mejora continua transversales a varias plantas del grupo.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y excelencia operacional y compartir buenas prácticas y casos de éxito entre las plantas.
- Generar reportes e informes del área de Supply Chain a nível grupo.
- Otras funciones propias de un puesto de dirección de supply chain.

Serás la figura clave sobre la que descansará la estrategia de unificación y mejora de los procesos de operaciones y supply chain de las diferentes fábricas de la compañía.

**Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto**

Para ello, pensamos en un perfil con formación en ingeniería industrial, mecánica, electrónica etc, siendo muy valorable contar con formación específica en Supply Chain y Operaciones.

Deberás contar con al menos 5-8 años en puestos de dirección en el área de supply chain / Operaciones, Logística, Compras etc en el sector de la automoción.

Tendrás disponibilidad para viajar en torno a un 30% de tu tiempo siendo tu idioma habitual de trabajo el inglés. Será muy valorable el francés como segundo idioma.
