We work for MEYE NV, a marketing agency that is specialized in high-end content and marketing strategies, exclusively for independent opticians mainly in Belgium, but soon all across Europe.

Who are you?
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the social media accounts of our clients that will drive engagement, generate leads, and increase conversions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their brand, target audience, and business objectives, and use this information to create compelling content for social media channels.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

- Developing and managing monthly social media plans for our clients on both Instagram and Facebook
- Setting up and optimizing Facebook Business accounts for our clients
- Organizing Facebook/Instagram Ads and Boosts for various clients, while monitoring their performance and discussing the statistics with the clients
- Demonstrating creativity and innovation when it comes to testing different approaches and figuring out what works best for boosting posts
- Providing training and guidance to interns for supporting your work
- Collaborating with graphic designers and account specialists to deliver high-quality social media content that aligns with our clients' branding and messaging
- Fluent in either English, French or Dutch, with a good command of English
- Ability to take ownership and be responsible for your own projects
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and requirements
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and taking initiative to drive projects forward
- Strong organizational skills to manage your own weekly planning and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
