**Descripción del empleo** Tu día a día**

Estamos buscando un/a Assistant Head Steward para unirse al equipo de preapertura en SLS Barcelona. Bajo la supervisión del/la Head Steward, desempeñarás un papel importante en la creación de experiências increíbles para nuestros huéspedes.
- Colaborar con el Head Steward en la gestión del equipo de stewarding para garantizar un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro para el equipo de Food & Beverage y Cocina.
- Responsable de ordenar todos los suministros de limpieza de la cocina.
- Controlar el inventario de todo el equipo, vajilla, cubiertos y cristalería, y mantener el inventario según los níveles de stock necesarios.
- Asegurar que todas las áreas de responsabilidad estén organizadas y mantenidas de acuerdo con las pautas sanitarias.
- Garantizar el uso adecuado de productos y químicos de limpieza en un esfuerzo continuo por minimizar los costos.
- Capacitar al equipo de stewarding en todos los aspectos del manejo de químicos, operación de la máquina lavavajillas y limpieza de cocinas y de todo el equipo de cocina.
- Asegurar que en todo momento se sigan las prácticas de reciclaje, eliminación de basura y HACCP.
- Asegurar que se sigan y completen los horarios de limpieza.
- Mantener una comunicación estrecha con otros equipos en relación con sus necesidades operativas y su ubicación.
- Monitorear todas las operaciones de stewarding, especialmente durante los períodos de mayor actividad, asistiendo y ajustando donde sea necesario.
- Asegurar que la temperatura del agua y los níveles de químicos sean los adecuados para la limpieza y que estén debidamente documentados.

**Requisitos** ¿**Qué esperamos de ti?**
- Más de 3 años de experiência en operaciones de stewarding.
- Líder de equipo comprobado con un alto nível de energía y motivación, con un historial demostrado de vivir los valores de la empresa.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar en un entorno de ritmo acelerado.
- Actitud positiva, proactiva, enérgica, dinámica, empática con capacidad de trabajo en equipo y pasión por el servicio.
- Valorable el dominio de inglés.
- Aprendes rápidamente y te adaptas a la cultura única de SLS.
- Eres humilde y abierto/a a nuevas ideas. En SLS dejamos nuestro ego en la puerta.
- Te animas a hacer las cosas de manera distinta y probar (casi) todo como mínimo una vez.
