We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of **Head of Credit Risk Control**. As the Head of Credit Risk Control, you will play a pivotal role in the organization by overseeing and optimizing credit risk management activities. Your primary responsibility is to ensure strict adherence to internal policies and external regulations, focusing on the analysis, monitoring, and mitigation of credit exposure in the organization's lending and investment portfolios.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing credit risk strategies, policies and procedures that align with the organization's risk appetite and business objectives
- Conducting regular credit risk assessments and audits to identify, measure and report on the credit risk profile of the organization
- Managing the credit risk reporting process, including preparing and presenting credit risk reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Staying updated on the latest credit risk trends, best practices and regulatory developments, and ensuring the organization's compliance with the applicable standards and requirements
- Regularly conducting validation of the bank’s IFRS expected loss models, which estimates the bank’s provisions for credit losses.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- _Educational Background:_ Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering.
- _Expertise:_ Proven ability in credit risk identification, measurement, management, and reporting.
- _Practical Experience:_ Hands-on experience in developing risk scorecards and automating underwriting processes.
- _Technical Skills:_ Programming skills.
- _Regulatory Knowledge:_ Familiarity with credit risk regulations and standards.
- _Soft Skills:_ Leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent **English **language skills.
