IT Functional Analyst

**Location**:ES**Date**:Mar 13, 2023**Role Summary**
- We are looking for an IT PMO Analyst, whose mission is to collaborate with the Head of the Project & Portfolio management Office in the coordination and supervision of the IT project portfolio ensuring the standardization, homogenization and optimization of the projects and their alignment with the IT and Gestamp Group strategy.

**Key Responsabilities**
- Execution:

- Support users regarding the use of corporate project management tools.
- Preparation of executive reports of the IT project portfolio.
- Elaboration of documentation related to project management.
- Functional administration of the project management tool and the demand management tool.
- Management of enhancements to the project management tool and monitoring of tasks performed by third parties (external suppliers or other Corporate Departments).
- Implementation of new project management processes (waterfall, agile or hybrid).
- Collaboration in the coordination of the project management training plan.
- Control
- High-level monitoring of major IT projects and providing updates on them.
- Ensure compliance with established IT project management methodologies, processes and procedures.
- Support in the economic monitoring of projects.
- Ensure consistency of PMO documentation.
- Ensure the achievement of the value associated with the projects: expected benefits.
- Management of specific IT projects or programs where direct participation of the PMO may be required.

Team management
Training project teams on best practices in project management.

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Engineering, or similar.
C1 English and Spanish.
Office tools, Project management solutions, Power BI.
At least 3 years work experience in a similar function
