- oriented Engineering Manager for New Games.

**Your role within the kingdom**:
At King, we know that investing in our talent is key to our continuous success. As an Engineering manager you will focus both on improving the Development Manager team’s way of working and also helping the individuals that report to you to perform at their very best. By working closely with your team you will set expectations, mentor, follow
- up and develop our developers, so that we can reach our goal of having highly motivated developers with the skills needed to deliver world
- leading games and tech.

**You will**:

- Be a part of driving our Development Manager team forward as a team, always making sure that we are doing our work in the best possible way.
- Be an active and impactful member of the New Games Engineering Leadership Group
- Help build and support proficient, agile and diverse teams
- Recruit, mentor and help the individuals achieve excellence
- Work together with the other development managers to make King an outstanding place to work.
- Address various administrative tasks as the need arises
- Drive initiatives that improve processes or the work environment for developers

**Skills to create thrills**:

- Skilled leader with a passion for developing others and achieve goals
- Technical background in software engineering
- Good understanding of how to deliver software of excellent quality
- Experience of working with performance management, including handling of performance problems and solutions
- Inspiring and good communicator, you show empathy and human skills.

**Tasty Bonus Skills**:

- Manager experience from more than one company
- Experience of leading managers.
