Descripción del rol:
Buscamos un especialista técnico en materia de soluciones digitales para el sector AEC que entre a formar parte del Área de Servicios de Construcción Digital como Coordinador Técnico de un equipo en crecimiento enfocado al desarrollo e implementación de soluciones digitales como servicio interno. Llevando a cabo las siguientes tareas, reportando al responsable del Área:

- Definición de soluciones técnicas basadas en software y plataformas digitales para el sector AEC
- Supervisión de entregables técnicos: sistemas y soluciones desarrollados y/o desplegados por el equipo como soluciones digitales.
- Supervisión y optimización de flujos de trabajo orientados al desarrollo de soluciones técnicas (análisis, optimización y procedimentación, desarrollo de guías y plantillas, etc)
- Revisión y mejora continua del catálogo de soluciones técnicas ofrecidas como servicio a los proyectos: soluciones de gestión y reporting de datos, software de gestión de modelos BIM, plataformas de gestión de información y documental, aplicaciones para la automatización de procesos, tecnología enfocada a la automatización de captura de datos en obra, entre otros.
- Formación técnica al resto del equipo.

- Master en metolodgía BIM
- Programación, datos, gestión de información

Habilidades y conocimiento:

- Gran capacidad para presentar y comunicar ideas de manera efectiva.
- Pensamiento crítico e interés por los retos ligados a la transformación digital del sector de la construcción, y conocimiento profundo de tecnologías relacionadas.
- Experto en el manejo de herramientas de transformación y visualización de datos (Excel, Power Query, Power BI,)
- Experto en el manejo de herramientas relacionadas con la gestión de modelos BIM (ACC, Dalux, Bexel Manager, Revit,)
- Experto en el manejo de plataformas de gestión de información en proyectos de construcción (Procore, Dalux, ACC, Office 365 Sharepoint,)
- Acercamiento al mundo de la programación.
- Nível alto de inglés

Experiência requerida:

- 6 años de experiência significativa para el rol
- Experiência liderando la gestión de información en proyectos de diseño o construcción bajo metodología BIM.
- Experiência liderando el desarrollo de proyectos basados en la gestión y visualización de datos.
- Experiência liderando el desarrollo e implantación de soluciones digitales basadas en la gestión eficiente de la información y tecnología, en proyectos de construcción.
- Conocimiento profundo del sector de la construcción.
