Responsible for leading (or being a member of) Site Strategic Projects mainly focused on continuous manufacturing process improvement and optimization (Lean manufacturing), innovation, site throughput, procedures/processes standardization and Global company initiatives. They must develop and implement continuous manufacturing process improvement plans ensuring measured value added to the business, satisfied stakeholders/sponsors and alignment among the different customer projects and between customer and non-customer technical projects, in terms of operation design, robustness, throughput, safety and cost. They are also responsible for leading Fit Assessments of potential technology transfers into the site.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead or member, as applicable, of multi-disciplinary strategic project teams.
- As Project lead, establishes detailed project plan being accountable for the fulfillment of the project objectives and follow up of the activities distributed among project team members.
- Responsible for continuous manufacturing process improvement and optimization, combining process know-how with operational excellence methodology.
- Evaluates and drives standardization of manufacturing operations procedures and processes.
- Evaluates and drives implementation of innovative trends within the respective areas of expertise (Engineering, Manufacturing, etc)
- Represents MSAT area in major task forces, troubleshooting teams and Global projects.
- Leads Facility fit assessments of potential Technology transfers into LBP ensuring alignment of process design with site strategy.

Key requirements:

- Strong written and oral communication skills including public speaking. Able to clearly express.
- ideas and point of view both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to lead conversations with customers (internal and external).
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to interpret data. Prioritization and problem solving.
- Perform assigned, complex and/or varied task
